Welcome to Flowcoon. These Terms and Conditions govern your use of our website and services. By accessing our website or engaging our services, you agree to be bound by these terms. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.

1. Services Provided

Flowcoon specializes in building digital infrastructure for high-ticket service businesses. This includes the creation of Diagnostic Engines, CRM integrations, and structured sales pipelines. The specific scope of work for any given client will be outlined in a separate Statement of Work (SOW) or Blueprint document.

2. Client Responsibilities

To ensure the successful implementation of our digital infrastructure, you agree to:

  • Provide necessary access to existing CRM systems, domain registrars, and web hosting platforms.
  • Respond to requests for information and feedback in a timely manner.
  • Ensure that any materials or content provided to Flowcoon do not infringe on the intellectual property rights of third parties.

3. Intellectual Property

Upon full payment of the agreed fees, Flowcoon grants you an exclusive, perpetual license to use the custom digital infrastructure (Diagnostic Engines, pipelines) built for your business. Flowcoon retains the right to use non-confidential elements of the infrastructure for marketing and case study purposes unless explicitly forbidden by a separate Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA).

4. Payment Terms

Fees for our services are detailed in the individual proposal or Blueprint. Unless otherwise stated, a deposit is required before work commences, with the balance due upon completion and handover of the infrastructure.

5. Limitation of Liability

Flowcoon acts as a digital infrastructure builder. While we engineer systems to optimize lead flow and conversion rates, we do not guarantee specific financial results or sales quotas. Flowcoon shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising out of the use or inability to use the infrastructure we provide.

6. Modifications to the Service

We reserve the right to modify or discontinue, temporarily or permanently, any part of our service with or without notice.

7. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which Flowcoon is officially registered, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
